WHOLE AGREEMENT

JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of QLD and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Sacred Souls Pet Funerals that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of QLD.
PRIVACY
Sacred Souls Pet Funerals will use all reasonable means to protect the confidentiality of the customer's personal details while in our possession or control. We will not knowingly share any of the customer’s personal details with any third party other than our service providers who assist us in providing the information and/or services we are providing to you. To the extent that we do share your personal information with a service provider, we would only do so if that party has agreed to comply with our privacy standards as described in our privacy policy.
DISHONOUR FEE
Sacred Souls Pet Funerals will not charge the customer any dishonour fee. Sacred Souls Pet Funerals will contact the customer to discuss the next suitable day to make payment. Sacred Souls Pet Funerals will not be held responsible if the customer has been charged any fees from their banking institution.
MERCHANT FEE
Sacred Souls Pet Funerals will charge merchant service fees for the payment method supplied to Afterpay, Zippay, Vetpay and any other institutes that is provided. The merchant service fee will be charged in accordance with the amount by law
PAYING GOODS AND SERVICE TAX (GST)
All goods and services include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Fees will change in line with any government GST rate changes.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
It is up to the customer to advise Sacred Souls Pet Funerals immediately of any change of address or contact details. Addresses outside of Sacred Souls Pet Funerals service area will be refunded subject to refund provisions.
CHANGE OF FINANCIAL DETAILS
It is up to the customer to advise Sacred Souls Pet Funerals immediately of any changes to your credit/debit card, such as the expiry date or card number.
